Astounding new research claims that drinking more than a cup of coffee on a daily basis can lower the risk of stroke by 25% in women.
The research was undertaken by researchers in Sweden. They discovered that by drinking more than one cup of coffee on a daily basis the likelihood of developing diabetes and liver cancer decreased by 25 per cent in women.
This many be due to the fact that coffee reduces inflammation and enhances insulin sensitivity.
Coffee also contains anti-oxidants which are known to prevent diseases .
The study findings are based on ten year old health records of 35,000 women, ranging in age from 49 to 83.
